Okinawa Sushi - Greater Sudbury

I 'm out for dinner at this place, and we got dessert and friends got some deep fried bananas. So we get it and my friend tries to bite into one and is suddenly 'way better than I thought, it has a good crunch ' thinking that isn 't right I try a taste and I realize its chicken. Turns out they gave us a plate of bananas and a chocolate-covered chicken wing. But my friend was right, it was delicious, we all got one to-go. One small mistake got them 4 life-long customers. sushi was mid lol.

My favourite place for sushi; never had a bad experience here and I love the dark-themed decor.

My 1st visit to Okinawa Sushi was just after the reopening of restaurant eat-in during Step 3 of ontario's corona defense plan. Figuring it would be extremely busy, my friends and I were prepared to wait. After leaving our names we were givrn a buzzer and told the wait time would be roughly an hour and a half. We opted to leave our phone number to be called when our table was ready. The wait time ended up being less than that and we were quite promptly seated. The restaurant features rather simple but modernized design and roomy comfortable booths. Though the restaurant was quite busy we seemed to get the majority of our food within a normal time frame. Would definitely recommend everyone to give Okinawa a try!

The environment here is also great, the cherry blossoms in front of the door are very suitable for photos, the sushi is also very fresh and tasty, drinks refills are also free, the waiters are very friendly and beautiful, very recommend this place.

This place is amazing. the selection is what they would expect from a sushi restaurant with the supplement of some special roles and some other directed that is unique to this location. I'm probably going here twice a month. the service is extremely fast, eating is fresh and the price is the same as elsewhere. I would just say, as they were reopened after the pandemic, the desert selection is limited. vegetarian options: many vegetarian rolls from which you can pick up. parking: probably about 15 places to park.
