After my experience prior I thought asking for light ice would make a difference but think again because again the cup was full of ice. Sure I could?ve went elsewhere maybe then I?d get more then a couple of sips of matcha .
Actually been my neighborhood Starbucks for YEARS!! Today I got the most filthy service. Found coffee beans in my greentea frappe Nasty and hygienic as the years go by especially after Covid ..you?d think they?d be neater and the staff turnover getting sad. Rude customer service. SAD
Me and my friend just left this one. First off the young man at the register looked lost. He did not put our orders in right. When I told the young lady. It wasn?t right. She instantly got a attitude. And was mad she had to make the drinks over. And still did not make them right. To the point. My friend actually throw her drink away. Because it was not right. We go into Starbucks. Because the drinks are good. This was the worst ever. We will not be going back to this one. Paid for drinks. That we not even drinking. Because they were made wrong
They just can't keep up with drink orders here. Order 30 minutes in advance at least but some days the store is dead and then you'll have a cold hot drink or a melted cold drink. Ordering in store? Not the spot to try to, you'll be waiting and waiting.
Been to this Starbucks twice and both times were nightmares. This location has the absolutely worst staff, extremely rude! From the cashier to the person making your drink. Constantly messing up order; instead of owning up to it they give attitudes. During my most recent visit, I paid for tall ice coffee with 3 shots of expresso. They completely missed the expresso part, no biggie. They agreed that they forgot the expresso but still give an attitude as if I?m an inconvenience for asking for the $3 worth of expresso I paid for. I ask them to just give me the expresso and I?ll add it myself. Instead they chose to remake it and proceeded to forget the syrup this time. I ask them for the syrup and they give yet again an attitude. You pay $7 and some change for a tall ice coffee just to get unnecessary attitude from the staff.? On a Monday morning. It?s a no for me. And it tastes like they still didn?t put my shots of expresso!
