Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI regret ever making a purchase here. The baristas seemed more focused on chatting with each other and their friends than on serving customers. I paid $5.25 for a latte, and I would have received better service at Dunkin' Donuts.
Since the new ownership took over, the quality of the products has declined significantly. I only enjoy a latte when the last remaining member from the previous ownership is working. The former owners took the time to train their baristas properly, but now, new staff members start and, within days, are making watery and overpriced lattes. I'm willing to pay for a quality product, but it’s disappointing to feel the difference when I pick up my cup. The charm of the shop was in the care they put into their products, but now speed seems to be prioritized over quality. I used to visit this shop daily since it first opened, but under the new management, I now only go about once a month. I've resorted to making my coffee at home. I sincerely hope the new owners read this feedback and take it to heart. I know I’m not the only regular who has stopped frequenting the place! I would love to return, but the quality no longer justifies the price. Unfortunately, this town lacks viable alternatives. If I wanted a subpar latte, I could just go to another independent coffee shop in town. Oh wait, that shop has bought this one...
Without a doubt, this is the best coffee shop in Western Massachusetts. They offer a variety of exciting and unique drink specials that change regularly. I’ve tried a few, including the salted maple shaken coffee, rose milk and cardamom latte, and a panela iced latte (made with unrefined Mexican sugar), and they've all been fantastic. You really can’t go wrong with a classic black coffee either.
