Everything was okay until it came to getting my receipt for paying for my food. I spent a total of $35.00 neither window was able to give me a receipt for my purchase. ?
Waited in line seems like 20 or more mins. (Others in front of us) were able to place order..drove up to place our order and lady said we not taking any more orders! I thought they were 24 hours?? What a joke
The lobby that used to be vibrant and a great meeting place is now just robotic and fits the narrative of food assembly line with attractive gimmicks....
The lady who answered the phone at 4:38 on 12/21/23 showed no customer service. She talked over me while I tried to explain my situation. She assumed I had incorrectly ordered dinner during breakfast hours. Then after she finished yelling at me and telling me to listen to her and only then I was awarded the privilege to tell her my order was placed during dinner hours and that there system had shut down she responded in a very nasty way that I have to call back at 8 am when her boss gets in to work. Then proceeded to hang up in my face. That's not the way you treat anyone, especially someone who's spending there hard earned money. Not to mention adding to your job security.
