Burger King - Groton

I hate to leave a negative review, but I am now without lunch because the honey mustard sandwich was topped with melted cheese. I cannot eat cheese! Please be mindful of keeping different foods separate in the future. On the positive side, the fries and soda were enjoyable.

Whenever I visit Burger King, I consistently find that the food is not very hot. I am unable to have cheese or mayo, and I have noticed that my order is often incorrect or I receive the same items multiple times. Despite this, I still enjoy their Whopper Jr. burger. Please note my dietary restrictions mentioned above.

The manager and her team at this restaurant are very unprofessional and should be let go. New employees and management are necessary for this location to see any improvement.

Even though they no longer have fresh-not-frozen meat, and are getting skimpier on the lettuce and tomato, and the 'dining room was colder than the outdoors (in January! , the food was still pretty good. The staff still favor the drive-through window over the walk-in counter customers because the drive-through is still highly timed and the walk-in traffic is NOT.
