Found the best butter you could ever imagine!!! 'Earth Balance Original '. So happy I decided to give it a chance when grocery shopping at Rouses! And it happens to be vegan, too, which is great. Try it out for yourselves, and you 'll see. It 's salted/tastes like Kerrygold. And you won 't have to compromise on taste just because it 's vegan either. Promised.

I drive 25 miles to shop at your Gulfport location. With the recent closing of WinnDixie, that location is in dire need of renovations and could even use more space! I would love to see an expansion of your produce and speciality items!

This is the reason I like shopping at Rouse's: My husband and I regularly buy king cakes from Rouse's during the season and are always pleased because they are made the old fashioned way, not like a donut. Recently I had not one but 2 problems. Not being the kind of person to post just negative contents, I sent them a message explaining the situation. I immediately got a response asking for my contact info. After sending it, I was contacted by one of the store directors. I explained what had happened and she informed me that there was definetly a problem because they have standards and procedures in place to prevent the exact problem I had. Not only did they go beyond what was necessary to correct the situation, but they had a manager's meeting decided to re-train the staff on all shifts as to those standards procedures. When you are a Rouse's customer, your feelings and experience actually matters to them!! Way to go Rouse's with a special shout-out to Jaime!!!

Give Jordan Taylor a raise! What he did for that man with autism was nothing but amazing. Something so small to one person could mean the world to another. Humanity is rare these days, Jordan Taylor is an example that kindness and understanding goes a long way!

Just wanted to compliment the young lady that checked me out tonight at your Rouses location on Belle Chasse hwy in Gretna. Her name is Alaina. She bagged my groceries so perfectly it was if I bagged them myself. She greeted me upon beginning the transaction and again upon leaving. She had pleasant conversation for me during the transaction. She was a breath of fresh air at this location. My deepest appreciation to Alaina for her great customer service. I had worked all day and was tired and irritable and she certainly brightened my shopping experience. Kelly Krider
