Megyeri Vendéglő - Gyor

Some friends have invited us to this seemingly quiet, small, very unpredictable looking restaurant on the outskirts of gyor. it serves traditional Hungarian cuisine and it does very well. the average price for a main course was about 2000ft, and the portions were huge. everything was made to house and freshly cooked. a good sign was that a series of locals eat there on a Friday lunchtime, most use the cheap set menu that seemed very good. also a constant stream of people took a takeaway versions of the meal times. add to this friendly and fast service and they have a great restaurant to very cheap trips. I'll go back.

Amazingggg-Food! we came to the breakfast, only 5 decisions, but everything was fantastic. I can't imagine how good the dinner has to be. in any case we come back!

Great menu, tasty food, huge portions (had to take a half home with me : , good prices. And awesome staff that speaks very good English... Only issue is, that menu is only in Hungarian... but staff will tell you what they got or you can use google translate :
