Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI observed the young employees working after school hours. They mistakenly gave me pickles instead of cucumbers, and bell peppers instead of banana peppers. Thankfully, they are still learning and are still in school.
This Subway location has significantly declined in quality. The staff working the night shift, particularly the younger employees, appear to be very lazy. I arrived at 9 pm, with an hour before closing time at 10 pm. However, the employees had already started closing up shop - putting away the drinks, shutting down the Fresca machines, and storing most of the sandwich ingredients. They were rushing around, seemingly oblivious to my presence, until I made it clear that I intended to order a sandwich. The resulting sandwich was a disaster, as I had to repeat my order multiple times to an absent-minded employee who appeared to be in his own world. I requested extra mayo, but he failed to add any at all. It was only after I got home that I realized I had been given a dry sandwich. The employee never acknowledged me, made eye contact, or engaged in any form of conversation during the entire process. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the sandwich preparation skills were subpar, resembling that of a young child.
