In this shop there are sandwiches of all kinds, different snacks, bread and various drinks. The selection is large and it is self-service. You're going to the cash register. You can't sit inside now.

Back Factory is one of those chain bakeries popular in this part of Germany. Not quite the bottom of the market, nor the upper end, but definitely somewhere in between. There's an excellent range of baked goods for both vegetarians, meat eaters and the non...too fussy. I got a Rhine-Westphalia version of a egg mayonnaise sandwich and some kind of cheese roll sandwich. Both were above average. This branch of Back Factory is located inside Hanover Train Station, so expect the prices to be above average for this chain.
