Cold Rock - Hawker

We celebrated two birthday parties over two days, and the staff was absolutely outstanding. Liana worked tirelessly to ensure that the children had a wonderful time and that we had everything we needed. She was attentive not only to the kids but also to me! I can't recall the name of the young man who was with Liana on Saturday, but he was fantastic, as was the other girl (I apologize for not remembering her name) who helped us on Sunday. The staff is truly exceptional; it's a shame they have to deal with subpar equipment. The franchise owner really needs to address this issue so that these talented young people don’t have to apologize for equipment malfunctions, particularly with the coffee machine. Additionally, I highly recommend a MollyCoddle/Cold Rock party!

We hosted a MollyCoddle/Cold Rock party for our 7-year-old, and it was fantastic! The kids had a blast getting behind the counter and smashing their own ice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
