Tim Hortons - Hearst

This is your standard Tim Hortons. The service was quick and the food and coffee were decent.

It's important to be fluent in French when dining at this restaurant. I am not, and as a result, I experienced subpar service compared to others in the restaurant.

Very slow service. After ordering in the drive thru I had to wait over 10 minutes for my coffee because the 1 car in front of me was waiting for their food. They should've had the car pull around front and park. When I mentioned this to the lady at the window she said they can't do that!!! Instead the drive thru line up backs up with 16 cars.

Waited 10 minutes to be served. All you could hear was everyone of another nationality having a party in the corner. One girl was not on cash that day and seen what was going on. She helped me. She gave me great service. Management needs to step up in there.

There was nowhere to park a semi truck to town has taken the space in front of the store and do made it no truck parking. Otherwise I have never had a rap as large as they made it was double the normal size service was very good they speak English and
