Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy co-workers and I love Chipotle. We go there once a week to celebrate the ending of each work week and to eat great food. We won 't be going to this location anymore. 1 of 2 visits there is always an issue of poor customer service, or they are out of a common item. Two visits ago we were excited to hear about the new seasoned steak they were offering so we went to try it. We were hungry so some of us ordered extra steak. We assumed it was going to be normally priced just like the original steak for extra meat. Turns out the new steak is over double the price for an additional scoop. No pricing was posted and this wasn 't explained to us when we asked for extra. We only found out when it came time for us to pay at the register. Already taken back by the high price, just to make matters worse the young lady at the register was rude and had a bad attitude when explaining to me and my co-workers why it was priced as such. One burrito bowl was $28.00 with no guac or queso which would add to the total of that bowl. Granted that is a high price, if the prices were posted or at least explained to us when we were making our bowls we would have been okay with it. The rude customer service is ultimately what led to this complaint. I sat and watched other customers go through the same issues at the register while I ate food. Chipotle Corp tried to rectify this experience by providing a compensation of a BOGO which was graciously accepted. My co-workers and I decided to go use this BOGO and give the location another shot. In short, the service was not improved. The same lady was working the register and had the same bad attitude. To make matters worse they didn 't have cheese and told us they were completely out. Only when we looked at the to go orders their cheese bin was full. When we asked about the cheese they said Well those are to go orders and we prioritize those over the walk-in orders . Unbelievable, so because we eat at the restaurant we don 't get cheese? Enough is enough... we will be taking our business to a different location. Really unfortunate, it had to come to this. I don 't like leaving bad reviews but something has to change here.
Nope! My last visit to this location will indeed be my last visit. My chicken burrito was huge sloppy. It was cold and poorly flavored. Furthermore the employees need training on how to properly wrap a burrito. Basically, they just ball it up and throw it in the bag. When you take a bite, everything falls out everywhere. That?s not how you make a Chipotle burrito! Not spending my money here ever again.
1st this building has a parking lot from hell in a parking lot that is hell. Second food was very VERY bad, 1st time having it and it was terrible. Fausto's has more and better food for way less. 26 dollars for 2 bowls, low quality meat and almost nothing was given to me. Never going back.
Please don?t go here. The food has NO flavor. Chips stale, undercooked and extremely salty. Guac was made with unripe avocados and poorly prepared because it tasted like water. I eat chipotle so much that this experience potentially changed my entire outlook on eating there ever again. Yeah food was disgusting. Please do better.
I order from here regularly. This last time the this location not the delivery person messed up my order. I was given a bag with with my order and name on it but when I opened it was the order for someone else. The real problem is there was NO WAY to solve the problem. The number I called was no help nor was the online system. A large company like this should a better customer service system!
