Palmetto Truck Plaza - Hialeah Gardens

There was no parking available, but luckily we were bobtail waiting on our trailer to be unloaded. Only 2 showers, and for teams you MUST share one. Obviously one after another. The cashier was nice trying to save us money by doing team, but i'd rather pay more to not walk into a just used wet room regardless of knowning the person.Also, since there was no parking, the cashier let us park alongside the scale for so we could shower then leave. If not, parking is $26 per day.

So this truck stop is paid parking only but it was totally worth it! The people that run the place were super friendly and the store was clean and well organized. The lot was secure as well. The restaurant inside had some really good authentic Cuban food ran by some very nice folks! I’ll definitely stop there again if needed!

If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest scam in all South Florida. I will NEVER EVER park there again. They charged me an extra $50 because I came an hour late to move the truck, negative zero stars is my review. It won't allow me to put less than one star but it's definitely a negative zero

Good food and very very nice people work there. Safe place to park. It was a wonderful experience

Staff very nice. Showers are like new. Restaurant has very good food. They have a shop there also.
