Taco Bell - Hialeah

Calvin or Kalvin and management team responsible on 12/08/2020 @6pm are super unprofessional. I set up a mobile order to pick him up. Upon arrival, I ask for my order, they said they would never have received it. I'll show them the confirmation and they didn't even want to recognize them. I understand it, maybe the technical difficulties. But what I don't understand is why they were so rude as they had to do with me, laughing, dismaying comments and what was not done by Calvin or Kalvin. This Taco Bell location has a bad reputation and this team makes it just worse.

Long line at night, but it moved. Food was as expected for fast food place (average) drinking cups are getting smaller on the combo meals

Food always comes fast, sometimes simply not the same amount of meat and there?s more tortilla than meat.

The worst place ever! If you have bad service and bad food go to this Taco Bell. You forgot to give me my drinks and me? m allergic to cheese and i SPECIFY I CANT EAT CHEESE? And they all have my TACOS.

I have never placed a review for anything ever in my life but this place is the worst place ever. I love Taco Bell but they always mess up my order. I?m vegetarian and always ask for no meat and the last three I?ve ordered from here, and other times before that, they?ve put meat in my food. Going here is a waste of time and money.
