OMG....Seriously ordered my usual 6 inch that looked like 4 inches so I mentioned it and asked if they could check the length because one 6 inch looked smaller than both the other sandwhiches cut. The manager said they all very, I said a 6 inch sandwhich shouldn 't vary that much. She put it up to their measuring thing and it was clearly too small. I asked to her cut my another piece, she said "are you serious?, I said YES because I want what I am paying for. The manager then proceeded to tell me she has never been attacked like that. Really?? I just asked you to double check and correct if it wrong. The entire visit she kept repeating I 've never been attacked like that. Told us to hold on as she was visibly shaking saying she was starting to have a panic attack. She grabbed an employees shoulder and told them to calm down when she needed to calm down. I understand anxiety but if someone asking for a 6 inch sandwich is going to set you off you need another job, remember to take your meds, or lay off the drugs. Then continuously talking **** to the customer who in this situation WAS RIGHT. The manager kept talking **** but wouldn 't even provide her name. I hope the owners watch the security cameras from 5/4/23 at 11:20 am WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

To the young lady working today think Jayce was her name. I very very impressed with her authority and asserting her dominance within the work place, it was very impressive to tell her coworker to hurry up and stop messing around becsuse she was indeed going to slow for the rush that there was.

The service was bad I wanted a cheese steak sandwich, you did not have that. I ask for wheat bread look like white bread he said it was wheat it's not. I try to scan my app it would not let me do it. I gave my phone number They didn't want to do it. One employee set down was eating I ask that you didn't have no lemonade I was ignored. This is the worst Subway I've ever been these people need to be trained. This was Tuesday at 6:00pm on April 6th 2021. I ordered a tuna and it was gross and had a bad smell so I did not finish my sandwich. The vegetables did not look fresh. It was a total disaster.
