Slow service, shortage of items and por quality food will prevent us from eating here in the future. We are regular shoppers at this store and pop in to the Cafe for a drink or snack but recent experiences have put us off. Recently it took nearly 30 minutes for our order to be delivered and the place wasn't full. Not the service or quality we have come. To expect from Tesco.
The staff at this restaurant are amazing and work extremely hard! I live nearby and visit often. There are times when there are fewer staff members, but they handle it well and remain cheerful and attentive. The restaurant is simple, so the food is basic, despite some negative reviews. However, I have tried everything on the menu and loved every meal. The cappuccino is top-notch and the chefs always cook my eggs just the way I like them. Four years ago, I experienced a significant personal loss and The Cafe at Wick Tesco has been instrumental in helping me rebuild my life. I don't want to play favorites by mentioning names, but I have something positive to say about each and every staff member. Justin.
This is convenient whe shopping in the store, however the standards in terms of quality and cleanliness leave much to the imagination. The food is not always fresh e.g.beans,bacon and hash browns dried up. Shortages of staff leave tables dirty and cluttered too. You man serving has long hair and looks unshaved. The is a very nice older lady who has excellent customer skills. Tesco don't manage this so it's no use complaining in store.
Cheap and cheerful, was handy whilst we were doing our messages. See some bad reviews here but everything was fine when we went and we were well attended to.
