Zum Salamander - Hilden

Visiting this place for more than years now. My Dad introduced me when he was still alive. Every time I have so time to spare I will pop in for Jaegerschnitzel with fries and Jo never disappointed me. At present Jo is in hospital...there is no kitchen, but as soon as he is better there will be another piece of meat with my name on it.

After we had sung that the restaurant to salamander on the heyerstraße in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim is now a non-smoking place, we have eaten again for a long time.The carvings are still unbeatable: large portions, good quality and also a well-maintained old beer.It was once again great!!!

The pub is smoker club. here the men meet in the evening at the theke on a bierch and a (or many) zigarrettchen. It's loud, rough and disqualified.Whoever can't afford it, can eat here the best carvings of the city and the to be fabulously cheap!
