I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I’m glad I arrived early because there was a 20-minute wait just to get the ticket. It's wise to come at least an hour ahead of time since you can never be sure what to expect at this visa center. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and supportive. I needed to redo my application, and she guided me through the process, assuring me I could return to her for assistance. Although the wait was lengthy, the staff were consistently helpful and courteous.

It took over an hour to reach the counter. The guidelines regarding the application were unclear. I had to get photocopies, which added to the delay. Fortunately, the staff was patient enough to assist us with the extra copies this time, unlike my last visit when they sent us away and asked us to rebook. I truly appreciate that they take into account that people travel from far away and try to handle everything in one trip. Thank you!
