Little Caesars Pizza - Houston

The people that work here could care less about who orders from here! They are all miserable and it shows! Black dude with dreads on cash register is a waste of life! Never again! Try another Ceasar’s pizza because this one ain’t it!

Everytime I go the pizza is half a*s made and it's hot as HELL in there with loud a*s music to where you gotta repeat yourself to even be heard.. horrible customer service and they skimp when it comes to the ingredients

Just an overall bad experience. Ordered an hour before they closed. Dasher drove by my house (I was outside), they cancelled. Called store, got connected to some 3rd party, they connected me to the store, store didn't pick up because they were closed (20min before they were supposed to be), so redirected to same 3rd party, they told me to call help desk (useless people), drove to the store, and these dudes locked the doors 10min before they were supposed to close. So screw me and my dinner, right?

I don't eat pizza but husband does. Food was good he said but service needs a lot of work. They thought it was ok just to stand in the back talking to each other then making there customers happy.

Ordered online , app stated food was ready. When we arrived the food was not ready the guy in the front said it would take 2 hours! We ended up getting a refund , now we have to wait 2-5 days for the refund. Horrible customer service
