Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSo our horrible experience at Rare went like this. Mind you all this with only 6 guest in the restaurant and a party of 15 in the private area. 1. No one at the front for ten minutes, then I walk to the side and ask is there a hostess. A young lady comes and says yes, then the hostess comes through the front door with an HEB bag with bacon. 2. We get seated and they begin to take our drink orders. One guest asked for bottled water and the waitress said “it’s $12” do you still want it and we said yes. She returns and says they have to check upstairs because they only have none downstairs. After which she returned and said they don’t have any. So, I asked for sweet tea, she comes back and says we have no sweet tea. 3. We began to place our food orders and asked for pancakes with chicken wings instead of the breast. At this time the waitress has changed to a waiter and he proceed to inform us that there are no chicken wings. 4. At this point we are getting more and more disappointed or shall i say frustrated and irritated. So we begin to chat with the other 4 guest in the restaurant and they are having the same horrible experience as we are. One of the parties who had been there 15 minutes prior to us arriving still hadn’t received their food. Needless to say after much pondering and waiting we decided like the other guest to take our business elsewhere.
Our entrees took approximately a hour for us to get them; and they were wrong despite being entered correctly by our waitress! This was all while the restaurant was pretty empty. But our waitress Raven was amazing still from start to finish; she was the only enjoyable part!
Cute bartender and the drinks were popping. The music and atmosphere is a vibe!
Food great, great customer service and restroom clean
I made this reservation 2 weeks before the event. 1 day before the event they called me and left a voicemail saying that they do not accept OpenTable reservations…then they offered me desert for my trouble. The unprofessionalism makes me sad. At least they told me before I showed up there hungry.
