Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe food was good, but we had some concerns during our visit. We believe it is a basic requirement for those handling food to always wear a mask, whether there is a COVID pandemic or not. We observed staff not wearing masks and chatting while handling food.
If you have ever had the pleasure of trying Panera's bread bowls, you know just how disappointing it can be to be told that only one out of the four bowls you ordered can be fulfilled. Despite this disappointment, I was completely okay with the situation. I must say, the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager based on his professional demeanor, but if the young man with short brown hair and a red shirt isn't a manager, you need to promote him) went above and beyond to ensure that my bread bowl craving was satisfied. I already loved Panera for their delicious food, but now I also appreciate them for their exceptional employees. You all are amazing and I will definitely try to avoid the end-of-day bread bowl rush next time. Thank you for your outstanding service!
I visited this restaurant in Howell last Wednesday. I initially ordered the Baja Salad bowl with chicken, but they were out of corn and beans, so I switched to the Fuji Apple salad with chicken. My husband ordered the steak and cheddar sandwich. While waiting for our order, I noticed on my receipt that my salad was supposed to have no red onion, which I did not request. When I asked about this, I was told they were out of red onion. The salad ended up having very little flavor. My husband's sandwich was lacking in meat and we were left wondering where the beef was. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we won't be returning to this restaurant.
What happened to quality at this Panera location? I travel a lot for work and Panera is one of my typical places to stop on the road for several factors: Store cleanliness, quality of ingredients, and consistency of the food. None of these factors appliesto the Howell Panera, unfortunately. On multiple occasions, my wife and I have received sandwiches that are haphazardlyassembled, salads with wilted lettuce and spinach, and soups that are somehow burnt AND cold. Dear Howell Panera, get your acttogether and stop bringing down the entire franchise with your quality control issues.
This is the Nastiest one I?ve ever been to ! The place is dirty , they don?t clean off the tables and take forever with your order. I went around to see what the hold up was and there was at least four male employees in the back chatting it up LOUDLYabout things that didn?t pertain to their job . Very rude and unapologetic. THE ONLY employee on shift was a light skinned youngwoman with glasses unfortunately, I had already canceled my order . SKIP PASS THIS PANERA GO TO BRICK!
