Everything is always good, the owners always treat me good and provide me with excellent customer service. I needed only a couple cherries for my cousins bday cake, she gave me a whole bunch of them “that was very sweet of her”. They will continue to get my business.

I came in today to get a shake and it didn’t taste right and I mean didn’t taste okay it was like it was expired kinda like what gasoline smells like in a way and when I go up to tell employees they say oh nothing is wrong with it like as if they knew what I tasted..I just think it’s very disrespectful to completely go against what I say when you have no idea what I tasted it was terrible customer service

We rushed down because we thought we were gonna make it in time to get some to get some ice cream. Luckily we got there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. I get that some people don’t like that but still they were open. Whenever guy came on intercom he said that they were closed when we asked them what time they closed he said 10pm and it was only 9:47 pm.

10.00 for 2. Look closely as there is more cup than hot fudge sundae.2 scoops..ha..barely ONE if that. A squirt of whipped cream. 2nd time being insulted! LOOK BEFORE TAKING! LOOK CLOSELY YOU CAN SEE ENTIRE RIM OF CUP. NOT JUST TOP RIM. CUP WAS BEAR ALL THE WAY DOWN MILKSHAKES LAST TIME WERE LIKE THICK MILK AND COULD NOT GUESS THE ACTUAL FLAVOR.

The Baskin — Robbins on 1598 Washington Ave Huntington WV has been the best experience I have had at any BR shop....High quality ice cream and toppings…and a wonderful staff.. I just moved to the area but this is going to be my daily summer adventure…yum
