Came in to get get meatlover pizza and they didn't make it the right way

Pizza was delicious but a bit pricy. Didn't go inside so don't know about atmosphere but guy in drive thru was nice.

I placed a pickup order. When I got home realized they charged me for a cheesy bread I called the store. She was extremely rude and argued with me that I did say cheesy bread I know. I took it back five of them were huddled around the register laughing being smart aleck for no reason. It makes no sense why I was treated this way over simply asking to refund the cheesy bread that I took back to the store.

I have been ordering pizza exclusively from this restaurant for years — home, work, parties, etc. I always do use the app. Never had an incident even with very large orders for parties around holidays. This evening I ordered 2 pizzas on the app, with my order confirmation correctly showing an $8.99 one topping special with a second cheese pizza with added toppings below it. I got to the store and there was 1 pizza only with the guy at the counter saying I had a single $8.99 pizza special with $1 … – show
