Really solid establishment. I ate my work lunch here the day before I wrote this, I got a sweet pork pretzel bun sandwich with nacho cheese and Jalapeños, it was really good if you like spicy food. It has great helpful workers who were more than happy to get you anything that might be missing from your meal. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how cold it was inside, so bring a hoodie or something just in case. 8.5/10 Would definitely recommend.
I asked our tour guide where he eats some amazing food around the area. He recommended IDK Barbecue, my wife and I ordered the Brisket and pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Everything was cooked to perfection, homemade sauces were outstanding, Mac and cheese was super cheesy and delicious. Even the homemade coleslaw was delicious. Wish this place was near me back in Jersey. Outstanding food and highly recommended.
It’s just kind of uninspired. Brisket was very pot roast flavored and tasted old. Mac and cheese we didn’t even eat because it just taste like it was made in an old greasy pot. No flavor, not even did it taste like cheese. Just kind of burnt grill flavored. Spicy BBQ sauce was the best thing in our experience. Smokey one just taste like liquid smoke, and the original was gone. We were hungry, and ate most of everything else but we probably won’t bother with it again. The decor is super cute but it wasn’t very clean and that took away from how cute it really is.
One of the worst bbq joints in Utah. I went a few weeks ago and when I first walked in it was hotter in the restaurant than outside. After I ordered, they told me it would be a hour wait for my food. No big deal it was a Friday night and it was busy. I didn’t want to wait in the restaurant so told them I would be back in 45 mins. I went back 45 mins later to check on my food and they told me they almost threw it out because it was done 20 mins ago. So after 20 mins of my food sitting in the back it was cold. The brisket was super fatty and the mac and cheese lacked flavor. I heard good things about this place but it was a total disappointment.
