Scene Lounge - Huntsville

It had been a very long time, since we 've eaten at Scene; so we were looking forward to the good service and food after our movie on 07 Jul 23. We did not get that at all. An employee stated he would let our server know we were at our table however, came back a few later, stating, I guess I 'm your server. He was friendly, but not very professional...too casual in all aspects of taking our order, addressing us, etc. Our food was brought to our table within minutes of our ordering, which made us suspect. Was it fresh, pre-made, frozen, etc. The food was probably pre-made and warmed up...our opinion. Either way, we were very disappointed. That will be the last time we waste money at Scene. That 's too bad, because it used to be kind of lively and the menu had more choices and tasted good...good value for your money. Additionally, I guess our real server was one of 4 or 5 that enjoy Domino 's Pizza in a booth behind us...we wished we had ordered Domino 's too. I do not recommend eating (spending your hard earned money) at Scene.

CAUTION: The Scene no longer takes reservations! So even though you make one on OpenTable, they won't know about it and won't honor it! Luckily for us they were not that busy. Another very strange thing, the Scene does not sell any iced tea to drink (neither unsweet nor sweet). First place I've ever heard of in the South that doesn't sell tea! They definitely aren't the place they used to be now that Cinemark owns them.

Service was terrible. Barely saw waitress. Drinks were half full. Way overpriced and there was a long hair in my salad. Will not be back!

It was awesome! We had a great time! Friendly service no long wait on food!

Nice evening with my wife before a movie. Sushi was spot on as always! Service was great our waiter was very courteous. Never really had a bad experience here!
