Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThat used to be the way to lunch. we ordered us for our business almost daily. last month I couldn't even command one. no driver, unsafe staff. I understand that the times are hard, but as a company we also face the same obstacles, but they have made a little extra effort to overcome them, which unfortunately have not seen that the elsewhere is ordered. food quality was always good, although reason for the bad review is customer service.
If I could give negative I would. Ordered pizza and waited an hour and a half for it. I called and spoke with the manager and was telling him I didn’t want a pizza that had been sitting there (his employee already told me it had been ready) he then told me it would be another hour or two if I wanted a fresh pizza. I told him it was f’ing ridiculous and he hung up on me and canceled my order 20 minutes later. WILL NEVER USE PAPA JOHNS AGAIN!!
This location always gets my order right, can't say the same about other pizza places on the south side. You guys are awesome
I actually just called this location and asked for the corporate number/Email to say Thank you! My order is always on time, perfect each time, and yes I tip the driver whenever possible. The service is always great! Not sure if they receive many compliments because the girl who answered seemed a little taken back and the Manager was like, hmmm here is corporates number. I asked if there was an email and he could not provide it, which is fine. I just wanted him to Thank the crew and himself for the Great Service!
Thank you papa for the doordash pick up. It tasted Uh Maze INGGGG. The customer would have loved it I can say with 100% certainty!!!??!!!!
