Piezanos Pizza Rockville - Indianapolis

Very Rude Manager. Placed and paid for my order I have ordered many times from this place over the years and now I say that they do not deliver my order because it is from their delivery area?. This is their fault that the site will place my order, it should never be placed in the first place. I paid for it, but they canceled it and refused to deliver it to me. The young girl who claims she's the manager wouldn't give me a way to contact someone higher than her. And she told me there is an email on the site I can find my complaint by email to which I have not found anywhere on the site. So now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Customer service sucked more she hadn't been sorry in her conversation with me. Stay here!

Your food is always amazing and fresh, but tonight I was just there. I ordered my food for my family they told me an estimated time to get it even there 10 minutes later than the quoted time I stood there waiting for a while. Staff answered phone calls and disregarded the customers who came in, no one assured me that they would soon be with me, no one apologized for waiting. So I left someday. The man who led the register tonight also helped others who came to me. Very upset because I enjoyed my pizza tonight, but I gave up and went.

Update: Five stars again. I have the thin crust and a taco pizza. Both great. Garlic bread with cheese. A person who answered the phone was very nice. Delivery driver very friendly and fast. Pizza pretty good, the sauce has a lot of tomatoes. Friend had the Italian Stromboli and really liked it. I thought it was nice to put the pimple in a zip bag.

The best pizza I had. The Philly Steak Sandwich is amazing.... Defiantly a go to place for a quick family dinner..

Fantastic pizza! When she heard we were traveling, she packed us some plates and napkins for the road too. Such great people!!
