The pizza i received was not deep dish and had veggies on it. Totally disappointed. Was really looking forward to it. Pay attention to who has what order. 32 dollars for BS.
Great staff, friendly service and amazing pizza. They could do with sitting at the tables to see how bad the lighting is, way too bright and in your face. Definitely understaffed when we visited but the staff that were there couldn’t do enough for us. Will be back, especially if they sort out the awful lighting.
First of all there is definitely nothing wrong with the food at this place. In fact it is rather good! The problem is fully with the fact that they are severely understaffed. When going here don’t be surprised when there is over half an hour wait at the door. The main reasoning for this seems to be that the staff they do have has had insufficient training and is very inefficient.
If you want to wait half an hour at the door when you have a reservation, don’t mind cold food by all means go there. The staff does its best, but the restaurant is sorely understaffed. Not going back.
It takes only one employes behavior to ruin a customer experience, and you will find this jerk at Peppes Pizza In Trysil. Thanks, but no thanks...
