Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe server was awesome tipped her well she wasn't problem people we encountered before her was the problem I called and wanted to reserve table said they don't do that so we get there they say there wasn't no table but it was they were holding it for somebody and give it to somebody who came in after us we didn't want a booth were uncomfortable but lady that was server got irritated the way we were treated loved the server precious lady the got 5 because of server 2 because of people before her be awhile before we go back I'll get bone in ribeye cook at home get me a lobster tail and salad and cook myself
So not happy with my pick up order . First the smokehouse wings were way smaller than I’ve ever had at longhorn . Secondly they gave me all flats in which I did not request. Third this Caesar salad was disgusting. The lettuce looked as if it was previously frozen , there were no croutons and 2pieces of shaved Parmesan.I also ordered the steak and shrimp for my sister which was supposed to be medium well but it was medium rare . I couldn’t get pictures of that . $60 for a poorly prepared dinner
We placed a pick up order on Feb 4th. Ribeye, salad, baked potato, ribeye, salad, fries spicy chicken bites.First salad bowl had very little greens in the bottom, no tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers or croutons . Second salad had very little in the bowl. Both ribeyes was50% fat. The spicy chicken was just crusties with the sauce on it.I called the manager, told her of the quality of our food. She was very polite offered gift cards. Mail or email she asked? Mail please, she took down my address and said it would take 2 weeks.3 weeks later still no gift cards, i called on feb 25th, was told manager was busy. I left my name number and brief description what i was calling about. The person i was talking to said longhorns doesnt mail gift cards. Ok why did the manager offer to mail them?Never received a call back.Monday Feb 26th i called again. First i was on hold for 16mins, hung up called back, i heard the guy tell someone phone then i was hung up on. Kept calling and no answer.Finally talked to a polite young lady that told me all the managers was there and in a meeting, she took my name number and told me she would have someone call me back.Two days later and a manager has yet to return my calls. I am going to call back again now and if i cant get ahold of a manager , i will be making a call to the corporate office.
Usually don't have an issue with the restaurant. But the last visit, the steaks were overvseasoned, very very salty. Could be a new cook but ask for light salt..
Server did not introduce herself, lobster tail tasted fishy steak was over cooked baked potato was old. Wanted desert but server just flopped ticket down on our table and just walked
