Masha Of India - Ipswich

I ordered my meal through Just Eat, but it was over 30 minutes late. They called to say they had tried to deliver it, but they didn't. When I mentioned that they didn't attempt to call, I was met with lots of abuse. The meal finally arrived over an hour late, cold and of poor quality. I will not be ordering from them again. This was the worst takeout experience I have ever had.

Food lacked alot of flavour considering indian meals are meant to be full of flavour very lack luster needed to be alot stronger.We have eaten alot of indian meals and this certainly lacks the wow factor or even the normal factor.For us to use you or recommend you we need to be highly impressed next time.Yes we will give you a try but how are you going to impress us?? answers please??

I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. Personally, I have nothing but praise for the excellent service and delicious food at this restaurant. My family and I have been dining here for years and have always had a great experience.

As takeaway/delivery is only option now we ordered delivery. The food arrived an hour after ordering which was 15 minutes before predicted time. The delivery driver was very polite and social distanced. The food was delicious and portion sizes good. Really impressive array of spices and flavours. We will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend it.

30-45 min delivery advertised on just eat...............placed my order was then told delivery 1 hour 10mins.......... 2 hour 10 minutes after placing order it arrives. After spending 20mins on the phone chasing the order, I finally spoke to some one from the restaurant who said it would be with us in 5 minutes ....then 7 minutes ....then 10 minutes he said the delivery driver has already left but we can give you a free bottle of cobra for the inconvenience (thought the delivery has already left 25 minutes later food at the door No cobra (so yet another lie! felt sorry for the driver as his colleague had hung the phone up on me previously and he had to take the brunt. This restaurant has already wasted enough of my evening don't let them do it to you!!!! Average food. **** portion sizes, waited far to long, didn't even get the cobra, ABSOLUTELY ****, go to passage of india much better food, customer service and most importantly they don't lie and fobb you off with delivery times!!!
