The Counter - Irvine

Always love this place because they can choose exactly what they want in their burger. they have a menu with their signature burger, but they also give them a leaf to highlight what kind of meat, rolls, cheese, sauce, and toppings they want to add. Make sure you like to cook her meat! Sweet potato fries this ordered for appetizer and they give a generous part! perfect for 2-3 people. it came with a side of ketchup and horseradish aioli. baked and soelled to perfection! and it made the waiting time for eating feel super fast. byob built my own 1/3 lb bark burger with brioche, Swiss cheese, garlic aioli, meerrettich aioli, salat mixture, tomatoes, alfalfa spruten, red planks, hard boiled ice, grilled ananas and marinated artichokes. for the number of toppings I had, the burger really stayed together! for the marinated artichokes comes with 2 pieces. I think I could use the meat a tad rarer (ordered medium rare,) but it was so delicious. probably took ~10 min to get out! service magnificent today. our waiter checked us regularly and was very quick to pack with us water and even additional serviettes later. they can pay with a QR code on the table, making the eating experience at the end so much faster. but our waiter made sure that we knew how to use it when we were close to eating, and even offered to do standard payment (print-out reception/pen) if we wanted! no complaining and very happy for a Sunday evening. Surrounded by bar/indoor/outdoor seating. I usually choose to sit outside unless it's too cold. super dog-friendly (I brought my corgi in the past). overall would definitely recommend the counter! it is great for a casual weekend/weekend meal.

Great customer service and delicious food! The Bison burgers are the best! Juicy and tender cooked to perfection! The have options to get the burger over greens if you don’t want the bun. I’ve been there a few time and never been disappointed. The parmesan fries are extremely delicious! Buffalo wing are also excellent. Customer service is attentive and very friendly. So far great experience. We will definitely be back!

Very nice atmosphere to eat in for any meal. Prices are reasonable and the food was delicious. Can't find a bad thing to say. Service was outstanding and came back a few times to check up and see how we were doing and if the food was good.

Great burgers and southern fried chicken. The Chile is outrageous as are the sides. The brownie ala mode is incredible
