Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI placed an order at 7:31 PM today and it is now 9:23 PM, but it still has not been delivered. We have a young child waiting for over 1.5 hours. Disappointing!! The store manager is not answering the phone after my initial call.
I was craving a delicious thin crust pepperoni pizza before going to bed, but what I received was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, the pizza I was served had a circular crust that was as tough as dry cardboard, with burnt pepperoni that was impossible to chew. I ended up damaging my teeth and will need to see a dentist in the morning. It is a shame that I may have to switch to Papa John's because this experience was completely unacceptable. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
This restaurant should not be operating. I spent $30 on an online order that was never delivered. When I called, I was told a refund was issued and that I would receive a confirmation email, but I never received either. When I tried to contact corporate (1800-dominos), the automated service only offered 2 options: learn how to deliver or share an experience. Both options directed me to call the store, and then the call disconnected. It seems like this store is scamming customers and Dominos Corp is not taking responsibility.
Ordered a pizza at 11pm, I was given a Burnt pizza, when asked for a new one, the employee is rude and was like take it or leave it kind of attitude. When asked for a refund receipt, the employee talks like “I don’t cheat anyone, trust me”Worst attitude, no wonder the ratings are so poor for this location.
Have had pizza once a month usually from this outlet. They are on time and usually do a good job. This time around found a piece of plastic in the pizza. Disappointing. Don’t think I want to go back again. I’ll probably stick to Pizza Hut in future.
