She always has a very bad attitude and smart mouth and zero customer service skills. If I catch her outside it's going down. Every time I go it's something with her and I'm tired of it. Besides the fact the food is just not good or fresh. I just left irving TX location and I will never go to it again. It's the closest one to my house and I will pass it up from now on.
This place is badly managed. They always run out of food or refuse to make any more way ahead of closing time. Today they just said “that’s all we have”. If I could leave zero stars I would.
This is the worst Panda Express and clearly their corporate office could care less! I have reported them three times and have been assured they are training and talking to staff, but nope! The employees are slow and several are just rude! The company should get rid of everyone and start with new staff. The other locations I have visited have never had issues. Food is never ready, wait in drive thru and inside the restaurant is awful. Don't bother with online order, you will just stand in another line, where the cashiers don't even acknowledge you.Just drive over to the North Irving location, it's a mile further, but at least you will get your food in time.
Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I tried to order in the drive thru but it took it forever, so I have to leave by skipping the lane.
