Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI found this restaurant on the internet. I came here without any expectation that I have vegan food because I have the environment here, like the buildings are very traditional and it is close to the sea. out of my expectation I found that there are vegan labels on the Chinese menu. I tried the bitter melon juice, the green Papaya salad and the nuddies. the bitter melon juice comes with syrup that contains honey, but you could just put it aside and not consume it. Of course, without the sirup, it is a bit bitter. I think it's okay. the salate and noodles are great! the salate is with the sesame sauce. the noodles are with strong aroma and taste of sesame oil. soou delicious that I have to come back when I visit ishigaki again. this place is very full. must have a reservation in advance.
In Ishigaki, Okinawa, it can be challenging to find vegetarian food, but the staff at this restaurant are always friendly and willing to help identify suitable options for vegetarians and vegans! There is a service fee of 300 yen (SGD $4) per person at this establishment. I tried the fried noodles, soft tofu without bonito, seaweed, and seagrapes, all of which were delicious. The seagrapes were particularly interesting to try - they had a crispy texture. Just a heads up, we couldn't finish them all! Make sure to inform the staff of your dietary preferences so they can assist you better.
I discovered this restaurant online and decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting to find vegan options, but I was drawn to the traditional atmosphere near the sea. To my surprise, I found vegan options labeled on the Chinese menu. I tried the bitter melon juice, green papaya salad, and noodles. The bitter melon juice came with honey syrup, which I set aside to enjoy the slightly bitter flavor. The salad and noodles were delicious, with the salad tossed in sesame sauce and the noodles coated in fragrant sesame oil. I will definitely return when I visit Ishigaki again. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time, as the restaurant is quite popular.
