How we can get sample sauce, diving and rubbing, and the chips we can have with them. He made sure we're on the table for more than 3 times. He wasn't judging when we had to pay the bill. It wasn't so pricy. He made us welcome and was very patient and good at his work. We would go again, make sure you have at least $50 for the meal of two, drinks. Our total amount was 34 and some changes. Wasn't bad, just not expected the drinks to be so much
Had the cheese topped bacon Burger today. I think one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Juicy, big, delicious. Large sampler plate also. Not to mention the boneless wings. Definitely back
When it comes to food, my range of decent customer service is wet. Unfortunately, after eating here a dry taste was left in my mouth. I didn't even finish my food, and I always finished my meal. All things looked at, food was 7 out of 10, 10 the best. If you are looking for an extensive menu, $10-25 price range, and a wide selection of cocktails and beer then go. Don't say I didn't warn you. My waiter's sucked!
The service was slow and almost non existent. We waited particularly long for our meal, and when it arrived we started eating. I realized my food didn't taste good because it was cold. I mean, not even warm. The cheese on my burger was a slice of unmelted cheese, that cold. My fries were also cold. They took it off our bill, but they had to. I only ate one bite. Also didn't give us any napkins or silverware, so my husband had to get up and request it. Just poor service.
Update 7-28-2018: Things have been much better the last 6 months at this location. I haven't had one issue when ordering from them. Original Review: My wife and I have eaten at this Buffalo Wild Wings many times over the course of 2015 and the service has just been in a downward spiral. On two separate carry-out pickups, our food was given to another person. The first time, they wait staff retrieved it from the customer that was given the bag in the parking lot after they waited in their car. They must have started eating, because we were missing a large portion of our fry order. The second time, it happened just a few weeks later, same issue, however we stopped them from going out and getting it off another customer and had them make things fresh, waiting an extra 15 minutes. Requests have often gone ignored and we seem to be at a 50/50 ratio if the food is how we ask. Often times we get wings with a wet sauce instead of a dry rub, sometimes its buffalo when we asked for something else. Its just too inconsistent for me to take my business here any longer. Tonight, we ordered large Buffalo dry rub, we got large Buffalo wet sauce. I'm not sure what is happening here, but despite pointing out these errors multiple times, the mistakes keep happening. Sad, I really like their food, when they get it right.
