Family member paid cash. Was due some change a few dollars. Was not given change was advised that was the tip. Inappropriate to refuse to give change due. Tips are a choice.
Brought take out for 6 everything was on point...very nice take-out...
Hidden gem in Ithaca! Great Chinese food for an affordable price. So glad I found this place!
