Kfc - Jackson County

The Manager Dawn does a FANTASTIC job with what is delbt with her. She was able to diescalat problems that was being thown at her with her calm and reassuring professionalism. Its something that anymore is very rare and should be recognized by big franchises like KFC. Her team seemed to fully respect her leadership, working together in a positive environment. BROVO and THANK YOU for making our rather large take out order a smooth one.

Went to KFC Jackson last week they told me they didn't have any chicken. And how short staff they were. Went today they didn't have any pot pies and they are 4 ppl short so they prolly won't have any. Then I ask for nuggets she said it will be 20 mins I said forget it! KFC Jackson is horrible won't go back.
