Bagels 'r Us Deli - Jacksonville

Bagels are great no problem with the food been going for a while until I seen a roach crawl out my bag or from under the register the lady wiped it away like I didn’t see and I’ll never be back looks nice but clearly some cleaning issues within the staff

Everything is always made fresh. Their Jeff bagel is really yummy. If you like green onions, the onion spread is amazing. Their coffee is really good as well. No complaints for this place.

I specifically called and asked if they had yellow American cheese again and was told yes ! I ordered it for pick up and when I opened my sandwich it was “white American “ ! I went back in and told them they told me it was yellow they said they apologized and they had cheddar I said that was fine! I waited and one of the ladies said her supervisor said they would not remake the sandwich with cheddar! I will not be back this is unacceptable business practice! The cheese doesn’t even melt and taste like swiss

Bagels r Us is the best bagel place I've found in Jacksonville. I've been going here since way back when they didn't accept credit cards. (They accept them now, no worries! They have multiple locations now and I'm so happy to see them growing and thriving!

It doesn't make sense to eat any other breakfast food when in Jacksonville. Freshly baked and delicious bagels served with a generous (it's more accurate to say deliciously obscene) amount of cream cheese. You can practice for Thanksgiving Dinner by ordering two, but you will court serious gastric distress by eating three.
