Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Eating is a good atmosphere was calm. Prices were higher than expected.

This is the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. The girl with the green/teal hair that took my order took a phone call in the middle of me ordering my food. She told me that they didn?t have 2 of the items I ordered at this location (even though it was on the menu). Then, when I pulled up to the window, she was still on the phone and just took my card and shoved all the food in my face. The manager of this location should really enforce the whole ?no phones out? policy and teach their employees better customer service.

S L O W Service. Very slow. The slowest one I've ever seen at a Tacoglocke. They make mistakes, even at this super slow pace. If you do not ask for napkins, there is probably no one in the bag. If you ask for napkins, they will give you a ridiculously large stack, and there will also be some in the bag. The same happens with sauce. Some days, everything's great. Most of the time, food is beaten up, orders are wrong, and they are massively slow. Several times in the thru drive, I tried to order and had to repeat my order so often that I simply run away. It is not that I am not disturbed or that I speak calmly. You can hear that they are occupied with what goes on in the background. Don't take orders if you don't listen. It is innocent to repeat an order 4-5, or more, times. I can't imagine that they get the order right if it has to be repeated so often. If I used the app, it will be hit or miss when they get the order right. If I tried to call after leaving because the order is inaccurate, I get excuses for excuses. If a customer pays extra to have food prepared in a certain way, then it must be properly prepared. You don't have an attitude when people talk about it being wrong. They also expected me to come back when they were ridiculously baked. Since they like to lock the doors when they are to be open, you have to sit and wait in the slow drive thru. RIDICULOUS. I could write so much more, but I don't even know why I'm disturbing. I have asked in the past to report these questions to companies. No one fixes it and you never hear it again. Drive a little further and head to Old St Augustine. They have their stuff together. They rarely take orders. They're fast and they're always beautiful. It's worth the extra mile or something. *Not everyone uses TWITTER. I'm supposed to contact you via Twitter is ridiculous.

The food is ok but keep in mind it?s Taco Bell. If you wanted a upscale meal you would probably choose another place. It?s great for late night meals and also if your on a budget and don?t want to do the ? burger and fries? thing. All in all for the price I can?t complain
