Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI hate to make a negative review considering I’m a regular that comes through every single day for a drink. 90% of the time, my experience here is great! Friendly staff, good food and my favorite drink. The other 10% is when I’m met with the employee, Britney. I come through mostly in the mornings but the few times Ive come at night, Britney has been here. Everytime you pull up to the window, before you can even finish saying hello, she cuts you off with the total of your food. Tonight, I used a stall. She cut me off saying “and what else?” before I could finish ordering the previous item. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve encountered her here, she looks like she wants to quit her job because she’s miserable. She’s not kind at all. I’ve worked in customer service for a LONG time and if I were her manager seeing this, I would have replaced her a long time ago. She might get the orders in quick but she’s cutting everyone off to do so. I’m a server. I know what it’s like to want to get an order out of someone quickly and how busy it can get. Customers are what fuel your business. I really hate to be treated this way. But besides her, everyone else is great and Stephen who brought out my food tonight did a wonderful job!
I usually go to sonic and have good service and order correct ! Tonight I went to get a cheeseburger and a drink and the young people was somewhat polite , got my drink and waited for my cheeseburger ! I finally got it and was wondering why a cheeseburger would be in a larger bag until I got to looking and smelling that I got a cheeseburger and hopefully it’s what I wanted or ordered ! I repeated 3 times that I wanted a cheeseburger with mayonnaise and everything ! Thomas kept saying I want everything but ketchup! I just agreed ! But no where did I mentioned gator totsI looked at the bag to see what the receipt said and i thought it better be good if my cheeseburger and coke equal to $10! They didn’t open the window to ask me if all was ok and since I paid for it I would just keeep it and don’t go through the hassle and all! We do all make mistakes!The cashier just leaning over the cash register area was a little relax area but no problem ! Slow night and all be comfyJust wanted to say just listen to everyone and what they need or want !! Thank you and usually everything is great
Usually everything is fine, today I ordered a pretzel and a mozzarella stick, I got no cheese and no marinara, i assumed the things that are advertised with it are supposed to come with it… like they normally do. Disappointed.

Over the years I 've ate here many times and been disappointed more times than I 've been satisfied. I am not a harsh critic, never even reviewed fast food but I felt compelled to this time. This sonic location has had consistent problems for many years with quality service. Today really drove that point home and led me to write this review. After receiving the wrong drink I asked to have it swapped. The dude in the window glared at me for a second before swapping my drink which made me feel awkward. When he handed me the new one he said be sure that that one 's up to your standards before you leave . I have pretty thick skin most of the time people being petty will roll right off my shoulders but this just made me feel bad. Like I get it, fast food sucks but you don 't have to treat me like that. I work in the service industry as well buddy, I feel you. After that awkward interaction I get home with my food, open my bag, and my sandwich is not even in the bag. This is not an uncommon occurrence by any means, this is happened at the Sonic location so many times now I literally don 't have a number. Normally I 'd check the bag too before leaving but the whole drink thing made me feel awkward so I left without checking. By leaving a negative review I automatically seem like a Karen but I just want to let others know you should go to the Sonic in South Pittsburg instead. It 's a little bit of a further drive for us to Jasper folk but I really think it 's worth it to not deal with the poor service at the Jasper location.
