Kfc - Johnson City

After we had the worst chicken experience ever in Popeye's down the street, we came here the following day and had a pleasant experience. People were friendly, the dining room was open, the orderer agreed, breasts for what we wanted to exchange in our dinners and the chicken was hot and tasty and in large pieces. This will be our target for chickens in Johnson City. Never again Popeyes.

I ordered at 11:15. I have a 3 piece combo and a 2 piece combo. The chicken tasted old. I'd think it's been fresh since lunch. I understand now why every time I come by, they are not busy

Crystal was very unprofessional, alone with the manager, without customer service. I don't care how many questions I'm selling about a product kfc, your job is to answer it to the best of your ability instead of being intelligent. Then they wanted me to buy something I didn't even ask. I would never recommend this car to everyone.

The most beautiful place I've ever arrived. Tables were dirty, food in chairs, doors were hidden, bathrooms were disgusting. The door to the front was open and we could see the service and the front room. We decide to take our food home. Just to realize the food was as nasty as the restaurant. Literally a half inch fat in the bottom of the box. Greasiest chicken I've ever had, dried macaroni and cheese, hard biscuits and acidic Koleslaw. 40 dollars a disgusting food later, I hear set to give him a 1 star written review.

Store signs and website post that the establishment opens at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:40 am at the drive-thru and waited for about 5 minutes. It became apparent that no one was going to take my order, so I drove around and parked. Went inside to place my carry-out order (it 's now 10:35 am) and proceeded to the counter when I heard a female voice tell me the store wasn 't open yet, that they won 't be open until 11 am. I replied that the store signs and web site indicate a 10:30 am open time. She said Well, we 're not open until 11 . So I just came back to my car and decided to post this review while I waited for the store to open . Wasn 't going to drive back home and come back, although I was highly tempted to shop elsewhere. This is an easy fix. Change the signs and web information to the correct opening time.
