Drive thru line was not very busy maybe 5 cars before us. came to our turn to order our order. When we came into the window to pay, we said it was 30 minutes for our chicken. Now we've been sitting in the car drive for almost 40 minutes and you want me to sit for 30 minutes. Did not say that it is sorry or try for the experience. Bad service.

This is the second time that we got the 12 pieces of chicken pliers and was hard like rocks $31.79 in the garage tried to call but phone is seriously busy for half an hour. I love it, but not anymore.

We tried to order food a little after 9pm. We were told they close at 9pm but every light was on and every sign (including online) says 10pm. I feel like the staff leave the lights on and turn people away the last hour.

Chicken is always under cook. Your better off making fry chicken at home so you don't get sick. Only thing that's really worth going here is their French fries. Everything else You'll end up taking a bite then throwing it in the trash.
