I went to Arby's last Saturday and they was a black woman with short hair that took my order when I told I forgot to tell her I didn't want ice in my drink she stop look at me up and down and then threw ice out cup and roll her eyes at me. I will neverand I do mean never step foot back in that restaurant. Cause everybody knows when somebody look at you like that from head totoe that means they want do something to you and it want that serious .
Everytime at the window you're hardly even acknowledged. Bunch of young kids who act like they don't want to be there. On one visit heard a girl say, Why these people keep coming...wish they keep their ___ home. SMH love you he food but they needtraining
I got chicken strip and fries and you could taste that the oil was extremely old. The window needed to be fixed the lady could barely open it she had to lift it with all of her strength and then try to push it open. As I'm sitting here watching this I'msaying to myself this is sad because they just did a remodel on this store it shouldn't be this bad.
The price on the display board wasn't the price I was charged for an item. I happened to check my receipt against the display board. I was charged a different price than the displayed price. I was given the difference between the prices back. The NEWdisplay board HADN'T BEEN put up YET! The cashier and manager didn't seem to be very concerned about the customer service. Idon't think I will be going back again.
