Finally a Restaurant that smells great as soon as you walk in the door , the food is very very good , the tilapia dish is F*** great .
I've been wanting to try this place since I moved to Garland - I'm so glad I did two years later! The food was really really good, it was made fast, fresh,
Norma's is a big ball of sunshine as far as food, people, and decorations.
