Wendy's - Kanata

I want to give it more based on the guys that usually work evening drive thru but whoever the girl is that was working tonight is absolutely hands down the rudest employee I’ve ever interacted with… anywhere.I ordered 2 chicken wraps in the drive thru.. her response “ya” … I wait to see if she’s going to say anything else… she doesn’t… so I said “can you add pickles” ….. her response…. “Ya”…. And radio silence. I’m like okay that’s it thanks. She’s like “drive up”…. I get to the window and she won’t even look at me, and puts the payment machine out the window , I tap, she closes the window. I was going to say something… but I honestly was so shocked she’s so rude. She opens the window and shoves the bag in my hand and slams the window shut. No words other than “ya” and “ya” were exchanged through the whole interaction. Please, management… talk to this girl. She was working this evening drive thru at 910 pm….. I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back.

Very good fast food restaurant love their burgers. Always fresh restaurants are usually clean quick service. I love the new barbecue bacon Burger only for a limited time. But I'll get them while I can. You should try one they're delicious. Staff is usually very friendly. I've always loved Wendy's one of the better fast food restaurants out. Check it out if you never have you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work stuff go Wendy's go.

I used to love eating here, but lately every meal I order from them has a mistake. Tonight, I decided I was going to order their new BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger I 'm lactose intolerant, but they didn 't have a non cheeseburger option. I ordered it, and when it arrived, it had cheese despite me saying not to put any (in comments and using their own 'remove cheese slice ' option).I tried a second time, and this time, not only did they do the SAME thing, they also sent me a strawberry frosty instead of mint.They don 't bother to read instructions, and the food was cold. What a disappointment.

Food is not bad for a fast-food restaurant. This is a complex of a Tim Hortons and a Wendy’s sharing the interior space, which makes it a bit crowded and noisy, but instead, you will have the option to order a coffee after your meal.

Much better than McDonalds. It is a pitty tho that the staff looks absolutely miserable, I really hope their conditions improve
