Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónNasty. Tried the shawarma wrap and the kabab wrap. Both were disgusting. The garlic sauce on the shawarma wrap was gross and overwhelming. The kabab wrap barely had any sauce, which left it completely dry other than the stale grease it was covered in.
I used to get take out from here often but there have been several mix-ups in my orders and they tend to batch orders out so you can wait 20+ minutes in line and then get cold food. It's also as expensive as close by dine-in restaurants that offer much better quality food.
I have been going to this establishment for years. I have always gotten the falafel deluxe wrap. Today is the last day I will go to Shawarmar. I ordered my meal, waited twenty minutes in the drive thru, and the guy that gave me the meal first had an attitude problem where he seemed extremely annoyed that I asked for the receipt and ketchup. I just thought ok cool, I just want my food and left. When I got home, I realized that instead of falafel, there was chicken. Okay, cool, I am going back to get my order. I drive back and explain the situation to the employee who then tries to chastise me and tells me that I am mistaken. I then tell him that I just want my falafel wrap and I have the Shawarmar wrap to give to him and he refuses to replace the order. I say to him, Okay, Cool. Shawarmar, I have been going to your establishment since it opened and will not be returning again.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food is always tasty and comes out quickly. I highly recommend it with a 10 out of 10 rating. The lentil soup is especially delicious.
I was initially skeptical of this restaurant because it was empty, but I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the food was. I really enjoyed it. They also have vegetarian options available. Parking is convenient, as you can park in the Home Depot parking lot right behind the restaurant. I parked my car there with no issues.
