Matterhorn Stübli - Kassel

We have approx. 1.5 hours waiting for our food and had to leave the place without having eaten. On request, after about an hour of waiting time, we were assured that the food will come every moment. The same was insured after almost 1.5 hours of waiting. Although we were serving a "Great from the kitchen" in the meantime, it was not even possible to order a second drink throughout the waiting period. The service was completely overwhelmed and unplanned. We were very disappointed at the end and particularly hungry.

We'd have to find a bit, because the entrance was a little too grown. The decoration is simple. The food was great and much. We had Hercules Fondue and Waliser Fondue. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
