There's lots of room inside with cute decorations, seating areas and a foosball table. Definitely will be coming back :
This place has a new owner and they are extremely disrespectful. My daughters were working there before the new owners took over. They loved their job and was excited to go. The new owners took over and the wife worked there most of the time. She would have her family come there make a mess and then tell my daughters to clean up after her family. When my daughters had the day off she would call them multiple times trying to ask them how to do the job that was taught to her by the previous owner. She had a problem with giving them their tip money and her excuse was that it was to hard to figure out. She had an issue with giving them breaks and constantly bad mouth them to other people. Then one of the owners nephews in his 20's rubbed his butt in my girls private area. I took care of that situation really quit with the police. Ohh and don't spend actual cash there because she does not understand U.S. money. She believes that dimes are quarters. Anyway my girls don't work there anymore after that situation.
They had 4 smoothie options. I asked if I could customize and they said I could. Got a strawberry banana smoothie with whey and avocado. It tasted amazing, had real fruit and was all natural, was just what I needed after gym. The whey was plant based as well. Can't wait to try out other flavor combos.
I wish this location was closer to me. Definitely one of my favorite Tutti Frutti locations.
I'm never going here again. The policies of this establishment are very customer unfriendly. I walked in and upon requesting to try out flavors, was told by the employee that the store policy is that the employee has to give the sample. I've never seen this before at a yogurt place, but that's fine I realize people were probably loading up on samples which led to this. What wasn't fine was that the employee then hovered over me as I tasted the sample, making me feel very rushed and not wanting to try more. None of the above would have been a big deal were it not for the incident I'm about to describe: another customer's child dropped their yogurt on one of the tables. What proceeded to happen blew my mind. Rather than laughing it off and reassuring the customer it was no problem, the employee told the customer they'd need to pay for the dropped cup and then proceeded to scoop up the amount that had fallen, put it back in the cup and then weigh the entire cup to decipher the amount to charge the customer. The entire store of customers watched in disbelief. I've never seen such bad customer service in my life. I can tell this business is struggling if their policy is to make customers pay for accidents but the owner might consider that the negative impact of AWFUL customer far outweighs the 25 cents they lost from the spilled ingredients. Stay away.
