I regret dining at this restaurant with my sister. We visited around 1pm and the place was not busy. We decided to order the vegan pizza with quorn pieces, which sounded appetizing but ended up costing around 13 pounds. The server gave us the option of regular or thin crust, and we chose the thin crust. We requested tap water, but the cups provided were not clean and had dry water marks. After waiting 5 to 7 minutes, the unappetizing pizza arrived, not living up to its description on the menu. We requested spicy oil, but by the time it arrived, the pizza had already gotten cold. When it was time to pay, we were surprised to find that the bill was higher than the price listed on the menu, as we were charged extra for choosing the thin crust. Despite adding extra money to cover the difference, the server claimed we were still short. After giving additional payment, which we felt was unfair, we were finally allowed to leave. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the pizza was not enjoyable.
I went to this restaurant for lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon when most places were full. I was in the area for the Portobello Road market. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and quick, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The bill was reasonable for the location and the three-course meal for adults, and the kids menu was also good. I would recommend this restaurant.
Big thank you to Tanja for making Olivia's birthday very special. Everyone had a wonderful time.... Bravo
Pizza is sometimes a no-brainer but our grandchildren actually chose the pasta. Not bad, and the service was very friendly. A good alternative when you don't have the time!
