The Cheesecake Factory - Kentwood

For all the hype I've heard about this restaurant chain, it fell short in what matters most the food. Yes the menu was long and there were a lot of options but there was nothing special about it, just a bunch of variations of the same thing. The preparation was adequate, taste was bland to average, service was adequate. We tried come cheesecake since that's supposed to be their thing... it was also average at best.

Went for my wife's birthday, always a great experience at cheese cake factory! We've been to many in different states and always great. It's my favorite place to get steak, fantastic.Also wanted to add that our server Sammy was fantastic! Very kind and attentive! Will be going back.

I liked this restaurant very much, as it serves good food. I ordered chicken letle, tih salad, pizza, and a cola and lemon drink. The food was delicious, and the staff was very nice. Dined w/ my bestie on Weds Sept 6.Perfect everything! Our server was Aubry she was EXCELLENT. Steak Diane was very disappointing. Flavor was ok but very very small portion of steak. The slices were only about 1/3 thick about 6 slices.
